Who is responsible for my data?
Realitatea Media SRL, whose details appear in the footer, is responsible for information sent through this site. This notice took effect on 19 October 2025 and was last updated on 22 June 2026.
What data is logged?
Reading the features needs no account. The web server may keep standard technical logs, such as the time of a visit and the page requested. The site runs no analytics, advertising trackers or fingerprinting.
What happens when I send a review request?
We receive what you type into the form: your first name, phone number, email address, preferred time window, the areas you ticked and your consent. We use it to prepare the written breakdown, arrange the review call and keep a record that you agreed to be contacted.
Who sees my request?
Your request is handled by Realitatea Media SRL and by the specialists who prepare the breakdown and make the call. It is shared only as far as needed to carry out what you asked for.
How long is it kept?
Only for as long as it is needed to arrange and follow up your request, and for any period the law requires. After that it is deleted or made anonymous.
Does the site contact outside services?
Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them. The site makes no other outside requests.
What are my rights?
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and to withdraw your consent at any time. The Your data page explains how.
