What rights do I have?
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit how it is used and to object to its use. You can also ask for a copy in a portable form, and withdraw your consent at any time.
How do I use them?
Write to the postal address in the footer, or call the number printed there, and say what you would like done. Include the first name and the phone number or email address you gave, so we can find your request.
Can I stop the review calls?
Yes. Tell us by phone or post and no further calls will be arranged from your request. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything that was done before you did.
How soon will you reply?
As soon as we can, and within the period the law sets. If we cannot do what you ask, we will explain why.
Where can I complain?
You are entitled to complain to the data protection authority in your country if you think your information has been handled badly. We would still like the chance to put it right first. This page took effect on 19 October 2025.
